  • To provide and maintain your subscription and indicator access.
  • To process payments through Stripe.
  • To send transactional emails (payment confirmations, access notifications, billing alerts).
  • To provide customer support.
  • To detect and prevent fraud or abuse.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Stripe: For payment processing. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • TradingView: Your TradingView username is shared with TradingView to manage indicator access.
  • Resend: For sending transactional emails.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted passwords (bcrypt hashing), HTTPS encryption, and secure authentication tokens. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it.
