Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your VASA Trend AI subscription at any time from your dashboard or through the Stripe billing portal. When you cancel:
- Your access to TradingView indicators continues until the end of your current billing period.
- No further charges will be made after the current period ends.
- Your account remains active and you can resubscribe at any time.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Within 48 hours of first payment: If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of your initial subscription payment.
- Service unavailability: If we fail to provide TradingView indicator access within 24 hours of payment due to an issue on our end, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Duplicate charges: If you are charged more than once for the same billing period, the duplicate charge will be refunded immediately.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not provided for:
- Partial months of service after the 48-hour window has passed.
- Dissatisfaction with trading results (the indicator is a tool, not a guarantee of profits).
- Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle.
- Account suspension due to terms of service violations.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@vasatrendai.com with:
- Your account email address.
- The reason for the refund request.
- The date of the charge.
We aim to process all refund requests within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
5. Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails, we will:
- Notify you via email with a link to update your payment method.
- Retry the payment automatically over the next 1-2 weeks.
- Suspend TradingView indicator access if payment is not recovered.
- Restore access immediately once payment is updated successfully.
