1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the VASA Trend AI service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VASA Trend AI provides access to proprietary TradingView indicators via invite-only scripts. The Service includes a subscription-based website for managing access, billing, and account settings.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis via Stripe.
  • Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of TradingView indicator access.

4. TradingView Access

Access to our TradingView indicators is granted on a per-subscription basis. You must have a valid TradingView account and provide your TradingView username. Access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing your access credentials or allowing others to use your TradingView account to access our indicators is prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

All indicators, algorithms, and associated materials are the intellectual property of VASA Trend AI. The Pine Script source code is protected as invite-only and is not visible to subscribers. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or reproduce any part of our indicators.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. VASA Trend AI does not guarantee trading profits or specific results. Our indicators are tools for analysis and should not be considered financial advice. All trading involves risk, and you are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

VASA Trend AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading losses arising from the use of our Service.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, including sharing access, abusing the service, or engaging in fraudulent activity.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
